最高人民法院关于加强法院报告工作制度的通知

各省、自治区、直辖市高级人民法院，解放军军事法院：
近年来，全国各高级人民法院都比较注意定期或不定期地向最高人民法院报告工作。不少高级法院的工作报告有情况、有分析、有建议，比较全面地反映了法院工作的实际状况，对最高法院研究工作及问题，提供了依据。但也有的报告情况多、分析少，罗列了很多数字，缺乏典型事例和深入的分析。为了进一步加强和完善法院报告工作的制度，经研究，现将有关事项通知如下：
一、请各高级法院在今年十月底前，书面报告本院及本系统前三季度的工作情况。报告内容主要有：
1．审判工作的主要情况。要重点报告今年法院工作的指导思想，着重抓了几项工作，取得了哪些成效。
2．当前法院工作中有哪些值得注意的问题，有哪些工作亟需进一步改进以及如何改进的建议。
3．今年第四季度的主要工作打算和明年工作的设想。
4．对最高法院工作的意见和建议。
二、为使法院报告工作制度化，从一九九一年开始，实行半年一小结、全年一总结的报告工作制度，即一月底前书面报告前一年的工作，七月底前书面报告上半年的工作。报告内容可参照本通知第一条的要求。
特此通知，希遵照执行。

各直属商检局：

　　最近，南非农业部函告我局，我出口南非的肠衣仅限于猪肠衣，牛、羊肠衣将不能出口南非，并随函附来兽医卫生证书的样本。

　　为使我出口到南非的产品能顺利通关，请各局按南非要求的兽医卫生证书格式及内容出证。

　　　　　　　　VETERINARY HEALTH CERTIFICATE FOR THE

　　　　　　　EXPORT OF HOG CASING FROM CHINA TO THE RSA

　　a veterinanan authorised the therato by the veterinary administra－

tion of China hereby certify that the animais from which the sausage

casings were derived were slaughtered at an approved abattior in the

above－mentioned country and that such animals were subjected to vete－

rinary ante and postmortem inspection and were found to be free from

disease;

　　the animals from which the casings are derived onginate from areas

free from the following diseases:

　　foot and mouth disease, swine fever, vesicular stomatitis, swine

vesicular disease and other communicable diseases of swine.

　　(a) the casings come from EC approved plants

material derived from sheep, goats, cattle or buffalo.
